Outrunning The Horde, pt. 3

Third time running, and it's become much easier!

The first time, I would stop quite frequently to catch my breath, but this time around I think I only had to take half the breaks from when I started. I was able to run longer before I broke a sweat, and when I did I felt like I could have gone on longer than I did.

I also realized that, if this is going to work, I'm going to need to change my diet.

Outrunning The Horde, pt. 2

I've started jogging.

I went out jogging after I wrote the intial draft of the last post, then went to my friend's place to write some more and also weigh myself. I jogged this morning, too, and dear god, I am out of shape. I made sure to research jogging on the internet a bit before starting (haha, nerd) and managed to find some good advice:

It's a well-known fact that the zombie apocalypse is inevitable, and it's going to be any day now (as it has been for the last decade or so). With that in mind, I realize that I would most likely end up as one of the lurching, lumbering infected rather than one of the heroic survivors, forced to make life-or-death decisions, bravely fighting off the hordes with all the guns and ammo everyone will invariably leave lying around town (Video games have taught me that this is fact).
